Strong Flow

Flow
Our Slow Flow classes are like a moving meditation and a great stepping stone from beginners to Vinyasa Flow. Enjoy a slower paced sequence while building strength and flexibility. This class is benefit for beginners.

Yin
Yin classes are a series of long, held, deep stretches aimed at creating flexibility in the connective tissue of the body. Yin classes is effectively practiced with the support of props blankets, bolsters, blocks. For any level of student.

Yin + Sound Bath
Is like taking yourself to a 60-minutes retreat, a perfect antidote to the busy modern life. You will hold poses between 3-5 minutes which help to soften tight muscles and targets the deep connective tissues of the body. Added bonus of healing sounds washing over you.
Flexible Membership Options
Whether you’re looking to join us daily on the mat and immerse yourself in our wholesome community of like-minded souls, or to visit us casually when you need some R&R we’ve got a membership option to suit you. If you are unsure which membership to take feel free to come and visit speak to one of the yoga teachers.

Move + Meditate
Offers a combination of movement and meditation allowing the student to enjoy nourishing movement, pranayama breathing exercises visualisation, Yogic philosophy or Meditation. Plus given a brief description to your card. At the end of the classes.

Restore & Meditation
A gentle restorative yoga is base on its root word ‘rest’ the intention of this class is to support of bolsters – blocks – blankets. To give your body the effects of certain yoga poses. It is intended to be a slow peaceful meditation. End of class receiving a brief description of the card.

Mums + Bubs
Are welcome to attend after their six week postnatal check up until 12 months. No previous experience is required. This is a fun and interactive ways to bond with your baby, Whilst taking the time care for yourself. Meet other new Mums, share your stories. You can expect baby massage, and a nurturing, strengthening practice all in the company of your bundle of joy.
